Introductory Session

The first session is a 90-minute private class beginning with a physical diagnosis used to form the basis of a tailor-made exercise program. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, bring a pair of fresh socks and a small towel.

Discount for children aged 10 to 16.

All prepaid classes become void if not used within six months of purchase.

Classes cancelled without 24 hours notice by phone will be charged at full rate.
