Studio Covid Update

A brief description of how we are working in the studio to protect ourselves from Covid-19.

In these troubled times our primary defence against the corona virus is Social Distancing, we are lucky that the studio is large and it is easily possible for everyone to exercise at a distance. To help with this we will be limiting the number of clients that can be in the studio at any time. We must ask everyone to stick to their booked times.

We will increase the ventilation in the studio by having the windows open and by careful placement of fans we have created a very effective circulation of air that will flush the studio air and mimic exercising outside.

We will be asking all clients and staff to wear a face mask in the studio, this will help to reduce aerosol transfer.

We continue to have hand sanitiser (70% alcohol) and we would encourage you to use it on arrival and then at regular intervals throughout your session.

We will be carrying out extra cleaning of the equipment through out the day.

Please remember to bring and use a towel to lie on. It could be useful to mark your towel on one side so that you can always place the same side down.

If you are in a vulnerable group or live with someone who is, please speak to us about coming at a special time for you.

Summary

Tai, Athena and I all work in the studio and we certainly do not want to catch the virus. We believe that the protocols we have put in place will minimize the risk. We hope that, even if an asymptomatic person comes to studio, we would be unlucky to catch the virus.

Many thanks
